Escapers
Game Night Kit for a quick online party
A useful Game Night Kit should make hosting easier before anyone opens the game. Use this Escapers kit to copy an invite, follow a short run-of-show, print host cards, and start a free browser party room where friends can join by link or code.
- The kit is built for a noncommercial MVP flow with no player checkout.
- Host cards are printable from the browser page for offline prep.
- The same links can start a quick room or create a private room for invited players.
How to use the Game Night Kit
- Copy the inviteSend the included invite copy in the chat where your group already meets.
- Print host cardsPrint or save the cards so the host can keep the session moving.
- Start the roomOpen Escapers, share the code, and use the finale card before the result share.
Simple run-of-show
Start with a two-minute invite and setup window, then play a short warm-up match. If the group reacts well, run a second match with a different prompt style and finish with a result-card share.
The goal is not to over-produce the night. The kit gives the host just enough structure to avoid dead air while leaving space for the group to make jokes and choose rematches.
Invite copy
Copy this into the group chat: Game night in the browser. No download. I will send one Escapers room link, you join from your phone or laptop, and we will play a few fast rounds together.
For work or mixed groups, add one line: We will use neutral public prompts and keep the session short. That sets expectations without making the game feel formal.
